The walls, columns, floor slabs, and other main structures of the cold storage are made of blocks and reinforced concrete. An insulation layer is pasted on the inner side of the cold storage wall, and a moisture-proof and vapor barrier layer is required on both sides of the insulation layer. A civil protection layer is also added on the inner side. The insulation materials for cold storage have evolved from rice husks, cork, and polystyrene to polyurethane spray coating. 2、 With the development of light steel structures and the needs of modern logistics, large column grid and large-span steel structure prefabricated cold storage have developed rapidly. The cold storage adopts lightweight steel structures such as steel columns and beams for load-bearing, and prefabricated storage panels for on-site splicing for insulation. There are two structural forms between light steel structure and insulation board: one is the external structure, and the other is the internal structure. The light steel load-bearing structure on the outside of the insulation board is called the outer structure, while the opposite is called the inner structure. The outer structure uses less steel than the inner structure. In order to reduce the radiation heat of the sun, the roof is made of corrugated steel sheet and hung about 1.5 meters below, with at least 600mm of air layer between it and the insulation layer. 3、 The civil or steel-concrete structure is equipped with a modular cold storage structure. The cold storage structure is a civil structure, and the insulation adopts prefabricated cold storage panels, which is more commonly used. Steel reinforced concrete structure is between civil engineering and light steel structure, and can adapt to large-span requirements. The walls are in civil engineering form, and the roof adopts steel beams or steel truss structure. Steel beams are generally used for small spans and low loads (usually with a single span of no more than 30 meters); Steel truss structures are selected for large spans and heavy loads. The thermal inertia of the maintenance structure for civil engineering or steel-concrete structures with added cold storage is between the above two types, which to some extent avoids the disadvantages of the above two types of structures and has been widely used in recent years.
